1. Sieve all the dry ingredients like maida, baking powder, salt and mix it well.Beat eggs, sugar, butter, oil, vanilla extract into a mixture.
2. Add both dry and wet ingredients into a bubble free mixture. Preheat the oven under microwave convention at 160°c for 5 mins. Meantime grease the cake tin with butter and flour properly.
3. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake it for 10 mins at 160°c. Check it in between.
4. Add custard powder to 2 tbsp of milk and mix it well. Boil 1 ltr milk and add the custard milk mix. Stir until it's consistency is thick. Let it cool down and refrigerate it for 40 mins.
