4. Now take a bowl add 1 cup chilled heavy whipped cream & beat it with a electric beater at medium to high speed for 3-5 mins. When you see soft peak add the icing sugar & vanilla essence & again beat the cream for 2-3 mins or till the cream whipped completely.
5. Now cut the cake into 3 equal slices. Add some whipped cream on the cake board put the first layer of cake add sugar syrup, whipped cream, again add the 2nd layer of cake, sugar syrup, whipped cream.. At last add the last layer of cake, add sugar syrup, whipped cream. Now coat the cake nicely with whipped cream & keep it in the refrigerator for atleast 30 mins.
