  17. Get 7 cups water

  26. Get 1 cup fried brown onion
  27. Make ready 4 tbsp coriander leaves
  28. Make ready 4 tbsp mint leaves
  29. Make ready 3 green chilli
  30. Get 3 big chopped onion
  31. Make ready 3-4 tomatoes
  32. Make ready 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  33. Take 1 tbsp corrainder powder
  34. Make ready as per taste Salt
  35. Prepare 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  36. Take 4 tbsp oil

How to make Mutton Dum Biryani - Know about the recipe, ingredients, method of preparation, tips Mutton Biryani is one dish that graces all important occasions, be it weddings, festivals or any get. Hyderabadi mutton biryani or kacha gosht ki biryani is a traditional style of making the biryani by cooking the raw meat with spices for a couple of minutes and then covered with rice and kept on dum.   2. Wash and soak Basmati rice for 1 hour. Take a big pot vessel add water and whole spices and salt bring it to a boil add basmati rice and cook 70% and drain it to a colander
  3. For Mutton gravy- In a pressure cooker add oil add whole spices once get fragrant add onion and saute. Once get transculent add tomatoes and cook. Add dry masala and saute till oil releases add Mutton marination half coriander mint leaves brown onion fry and 1 cup water and cook it to a 3 whistle. Check once pressure cools down whether Mutton cooked.
  4. Once pressure cools down take a deep pot vessel for layer. Add half layer of basmati rice.over it add Mutton gravy sprinkle mint leaves corrainder leaves brown rice and spread it. Over it add other half rice corrainder leaves mint leaves brown fried onion and 2 tbsp of ghee and place the heavy lid over it. Just place bowl fill with water over it. You can also seal with atta or alluminium foil. Heat and cook pot in a high flame for 5 mins After that heat tawa and place pot on it
  5. Cook 15 minutes in low flame and off the gas. Allow it to rest for 15 minutes. Serve Mutton biryani with raita and brinjal khatta.
  6. For onion deep fry- take oil in a pan once oil get heat fry onion slice till golden brown. Keep stirring it to get same colour
