- Take 2 raw nendram palam banana
- Take 1/4 cup salted water
- Make ready As required Oil as needed to fry banana chips
Steps to make Banana Peanut Praline Ice Cream With Banana Chips:
- For Codensed milk mix well all the ingredients in a bowl with whisker and cook in nonstick pan stirring continuously till one boil.
- For Peanut Praline first roast peanut on slow flame,cool and remove the skin, heat a pan add sugar and when starts bubbling add baking powder and stir for a while and add roasted peanut and mix properly, cook till golden brown remove from heat and apply ghee on silver foil and pour on it and roll with greased roller give cut with knife. Crush when completely cooled
- For Icecream freeze banana in the freezer for 5-6 hours peel the skin chop frozen banana with knife. Grind frozen banana, homemade cream and chilled Condensed milk in a mixer grinder in a smooth paste
- Pour peanut Praline mixture in silicone semi circle mould tray and on top spread Ice Cream puree with spoon till 1/4th of mould and freeze for 1- hour remove from the fridge and make 2nd layer of Praline mixture and again on top of it spread Ice cream mixture and freeze for 3-4 hrs.
- For Banana chips peel banana skin and slice finely in slicer,mix salt in water & keep aside, heat oil in kadai on medium flame spread banana slices in oil when starts bubbling add salt water in oil and fry chips till crispy and take out in plate carefully.
