Now take a pan heatup some oil when it gets heated up add onion and cook till golden brown then add puree of tomato and cashew mix and cook till oil leaves from sides add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, biryani masala and then add milk as required mix well add salt to taste then add cooked paneer tikka.
  5. For layering:- Take a pan 1st put a layer of rice then sprinkle biryani masala and mint coriander leaves then add paneer tikka masala and spread then again put a layer of rice then sprinkle biryani masala and mint coriander leaves then put layer of paneer tikka masala and repeat making layer till rice and paneer tikka masala completed. Then cover pan with a plate and cook it for 10 min in low flame. Then serve hot with raita.
