Instructions to make Sweet Rose:

1. First in a pan add milk and bring it to a boil…Add pinch of salt and rice flour…And mix till came together.
2. Knead it for 5 mins.to make smooth dough.
3. Divide the dough into 3 parts.
4. Take a part and roll it into thin sheet…
5. Then use any circle shape mould or cookie cutter…And the rolled dough in round shape.(3 small puri sized roll)
6. Now take 3 puri sized roll…And stack all 3 roll on one another.
7. Make 4 slits from the corner, (leave the space from center.)as shown in the pic.
8. Now lift a single slit (petal)..And stuck around the center…As shown in the pic.
9. Now lift from opposite side and stick around the first petal.
10. Now lift another slit..From the left side and stick around the first two petals.
11. Repeat this process till end.
12. Rose is formed.
13. Make all roses in same way..
14. Meanwhile prepare jaggery syrup or sugar syrup (ur choice).
15. Now deep fry all roses in hot oil…And dip / soak in jaggery syrup for 15 -20 mins.
16. Yummy,sweet, delicious and beautiful rose is ready… Impress ur guest and also give a surprise to ur family..
