  1. Make ready 20 tofu puffs, cut into half

  3. Take 300 gr minced beef
  4. Get 300 gr minced chicken
  5. Take 200 gr tapioca flour
  6. Get 2 eggs
  7. Take 2 bunch spring onion, chopped
  8. Take 1 medium chayote, steamed and shredded

  11. Take 5 shallots

  16. Get 1 tbsp sesame oil

It is good to accompany a cup of tea during our afternoon family time. Heat the oil in deep wok and fry the tofu until brown in both sides. Make the filling: in remaining oil, stir fry the onion and garlic. Add the meat, stir well until brown.

  4. Fill in the meat mixture to the tofu pocket. Can make up to 40 tofus
  5. Steam in high heat for 10-15 minutes. This tofu can be kept in the fridge or freezer for future use.
  6. Air fry 160 celcius, 3-5 minutes. Ready to serve as a snack, or eat them with rice, or cook them in beef broth soup πŸœπŸ˜‹

Make the filling: in remaining oil, stir fry the onion and garlic. Add the meat, stir well until brown. Pour some water, just enough to make the carrots.
